Strawberry Season from mid March-June 1st

We have 2 pick your own strawberry fields:

Visit with our farm animals while here at Calhoun Produce Farm.
 
  Our Strawberry patch in Turner County- located directly behind the packing shed. North on 1-75, Exit 84-turn right -go 3 miles- turn left, then 5 miles.

South on I-75, Exit 92-turn left -6 miles on right, 5075 Hawpond Road, Ashburn, Ga.

MINI CREAMY STRAWBERRY PIES

 

24 strawberries (about 1 lb)

3 (8 oz) cream cheese

1 ½ cup sour cream

2 cup powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla

12 individual graham cracker crust

 

Coarsely chop 12 berries and place in chopper or food processor. Add Cream Cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla & mix until smooth.  Fill pie tins.  Garnish with remaining berries.
